The Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to join our growing team! This person will be expected to maintain the day-to-day operations of our GTM techstack and provide front-line systems support for our sales team. Your job is key in ensuring the sales team can work as effectively and efficiently as possible! Our newest team member will report into the Director of Revenue Operations.


The Goals

You will be held accountable for maintaining our go-to-market tech stack. You will make sure everything is working in concert and thus enabling the sales team for success. You will also be responsible for ensuring sales team KPIs are accurate and up to date in the CRM.


The Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, Lanefour, and LinkedIn Navigator.

  • Provide front-line systems support for sales teams and other users on various day-to-day activities including CRM-related topics, opportunity management, sales process, general issues/questions, etc.

  • Train new and existing users on how to use go-to-market tech stack and promote user adoption.

  • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce application users which may include creating and customizing objects, workflows, record types, page layouts, fields, apps, tabs, roles and profiles, security, user, and approval processes.

  • Support data migration and integration between systems such as Zoominfo, Outreach, Lane four, and SalesForce.

  • Assist in the creation and management of documentation related to processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related material.

  • Stay current with new releases, features, and functionality while applying this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements aligned with our goals and objectives.

  • Maintain system security settings and audit against compliance policies.

  • Keeping sales email domains healthy by doing regular checks to ensure optimal deliverability.

Requirements

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

  • Experience and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and building workflows, processes, fields ect.

  • You have an eye for spotting things that may need improvement in the sales process

  • A track record of being a team player

  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong technical ability

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills

  • 2+ years of prior selling experience preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a huge plus


Reporting Structure:

  • You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations
