The Role:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team! Our newest team member will be expected to rapidly generate leads for our sales funnel through outreach volume and relationship.  If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and energetic work environment, keep reading.  The ISR position is a launch pad to many opportunities within Capacity.  Whether you are looking to grow in sales, solutions consulting or customer success, starting as an ISR is a great way to fully understand the product and and customer.

  • Generate qualified sales leads through inbound lead triage and outbound lead generation
  • Perform research to identify ideal prospects
  • Leverage various outbound selling techniques including cold calls, automated email sequences, and targeted account and persona based emails
  • Secure prospect meetings and work with Sales Reps to initiate Sales Opportunities;
  • Continually track effectiveness of, and optimize campaigns
  • Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including outbound activity, Sales Qualified Leads, and Sales Accepted Leads
  • Give effective overview of Capacity’s value prop and product capabilities in context of prospects business needs
  • Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to refine messaging

You Have:

  • A proactive mindset and strong desire to succeed in whatever you do

  • Curiosity about both the big picture and the details
  • Ability to be flexible in job responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Passion for working in a startup, not a 9-5 job
