The Role:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team! Our newest team member will be expected to rapidly generate leads for our sales funnel. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and energetic work environment, keep reading.

  • Generate qualified sales leads through inbound lead triage and outbound lead generation
  • Perform research to identify ideal prospects
  • Leverage various outbound selling techniques including cold calls, automated email sequences, and targeted account and persona based emails
  • Secure prospect meetings and work with Sales Reps to initiate Sales Opportunities;
  • Continually track effectiveness of, and optimize campaigns
  • Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including outbound activity, Sales Qualified Leads, and Sales Accepted Leads
  • Give effective overview of Capacity’s value prop and product capabilities in context of prospects business needs
  • Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to refine messaging

You Have:

  • Ability to be flexible in job responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Passion for working in a startup, not a 9-5 job

  • Experience working with Salesforce Lightning CRM and Outreach sales engagement platform
